Our facility is equipped with a 128-ton press with a 222g shot size, set up for engineering polymers such as glass-filled nylons. We also have a 160-ton press with a 253g shot size and a sprue picker robot, helping improve efficiency and support reliable part production. These capabilities allow us to produce high-quality molded parts with precision and consistency.
Advanced Two-Shot Molding Support
In addition to our standard molding equipment, RevTech Manufacturing also offers a 2-shot rotary platen press with the larger shot size reaching up to 183g. This gives us added flexibility for projects that require more advanced molding solutions and multi-material part production.
